Perhaps the greatest strength of a designer’s character is patience with non-designers.  Elina’s patience is commendable; she spends the time with her clients to create a solid design spec, tease out the details of what they want, and contributes the right amount of guidance and design expertise without being pushy or confusing. As my direct supervisor, Elina was extremely helpful, overseeing my work with a careful eye, and helping me learn various programs.  I appreciated her patience, dedication to high standards, and experience in design.
